That’s why we’re committed to creating space for transformation for others to experience, and we do this through the work of our five ministries.
At WinShape, our staff get to engage in this ministry work with their time, God-given talents, and specific passions. Our intentional, biblical approach to Kingdom work allows staff to strengthen their own faith through:
- taking part in our weekly Foundation-wide Devotion. A voluntary opportunity offered on Monday mornings, Devotion helps us center our hearts and minds on things above as we look to begin the work week.
- regular team and Foundation-wide meetings that provide opportunities for corporate prayer and biblical encouragement.
- opportunities to use God-given talents in a manner that acknowledges “calling” and not just an avenue for employment.
- the ability to experience a unique culture that blends service and hospitality with meaningful purpose and ministry.
- a diverse and dedicated team of leaders that strives to support staff holistically through professional, personal, and spiritual development.
