WinShape Homes Leadership

 

Ø   Tyra Walker, Director of Operations
Tyra Walker has been working at the Chick-fil-A home office with WinShape Homes since 1993 and has watched the program grow from 4 homes to 13. Her excellent leadership skills and expertise of foster care has been asset to the program over the years.

Ø   Robert Skelton, Division Director
Through the years, Bob has served as a high school coach, college administrator, and pastor before beginning his present position at WinShape in 1984.

Ø   Gretchen Harter, Human Services Professional
While working for the WinShape Foundation after college, Gretchen began working for the WinShape Homes as an HSP in January 2006.  She graduated from Berry College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Anthropology and a minor in Family Studies.  Gretchen is located at our office on the WinShape Campus of Berry College.  She works with four of our WinShape Homes, assisting with child placements, maintaining files, and helping in the homes however she can. 

Ø   Heather Landreth, Human Services Professional
Heather Landreth joined the WinShape team as HSP in January of 2008. During her graduate studies at the Psychological Studies Institute in Chattanooga, she became introduced to WinShape serving as 'counseling intern' in the Cleveland homes of Golden Pond and Swan Lake. After obtaining her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in child and adolescent counseling, God directed her path back to the families of WinShape. Currently, Heather and her son live in Chattanooga, TN wherein she is pleased to serve God tending to the needs of His children and the obedient parents to whom they have been entrusted.

Ø   Lara Lynn Sturgess, Human Services Professional
Lara Lynn Sturgess joined the WinShape Homes staff in April of 2004 after working with the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services in Child Protective Services.  She graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice.  Lara Lynn is located at the Chick-fil-A home office where she works with five of the homes, maintaining their records and helping with state licensing as well as occasionally doing relief work.
